    I completely forgot about this line! I love it!

    I've been looking for lines to add to my Funny Quotes section of my site dedicated to Thorne Smith, so thanks for jogging the memory and for keeping the spirit of Thorne Smith alive.

    This line reminds me of the Ring Lardner classic:

    "Shut up," he explained.
