You could reduce this to its simplest form of "reading" and "writing". With some amount of "listening" and "talking" thrown in.
The reading and writing is done on a computer, so the physical actions are typing and mousing. I don't think it would work well to actually put pen/pencil to paper. I'll have to try that.
